Our Student Service

Your studies, your personal journey

We are there for you when you need us. Our Student Service is happy to help you personally and directly with any questions you may have. We are your direct point of contact when it comes to the organisation and course of your studies.

We support you right from the start

We want you to feel at home with us and successfully complete your studies. The Student Service supports you with, among others, the following topics:

  • General support during your studies
  • Enrolment and support at the start of your studies, information about your Student ID
  • Formalities: Certificates of enrolment, different application forms
  • Information about BAföG, residence registration and accommodation
  • Advice on health insurance
  • login data for the university platform

We are available on weekdays from 9 am to 3 pm (Fridays until noon).
