Marco Schmidt
About me
Marco Schmidt, I have been working as a freelance trainer and coach since 2015. The main focus of this self-employed activity is the counselling, development and support of managers and employees in various situations. This includes, for example, classic management development in the form of coaching and training or counselling and support for employees who have previously suffered mental or physical illness as part of the return-to-work process. At the same time, I work as a lecturer in the Department of Psychology at the SRH University of Applied Sciences for Health.
Since November 2022, Marco Schmidt has been working as a lecturer for Biopsychology and Differential Psychology in the Bachelor's degree programme in Psychology at the SRH University of Applied Sciences for Health at the Gera campus. As a lecturer, he is responsible for and teaches the modules Biopsychology, Differential Psychology and Health Psychology. His theoretical background is based on both a degree in business studies and psychology. In terms of professional practice, he can look back on ten years of management experience in a large corporation.
