About me

Diana Rösler has been working at the SRH University of Applied Sciences for Health since April 2011 and took over as Managing Director in June 2021.

After studying psychology at Chemnitz University of Technology, she also completed her doctorate there in 2010. Her dissertation on the driving relevance of elements of road traffic was awarded the grade "magna cum laude".

Dr. Rösler worked as a lecturer at both Chemnitz University of Technology and the SRH University of Applied Sciences for Health. She held various positions at the SRH University, including Head of Quality Management and Sales. Since 2017, she has worked as a CORE manager and from 2014 to 2015 was active as the course director for the Bachelor's degree program in Interdisciplinary Early Intervention.

Her research and practical projects include topics such as New Work, employee surveys and the standardization of intelligence tests. She has been involved in various collaborations, including with the SRH Wald-Klinikum Gera and the BMW Group.

Diana Rösler is a member of the Supervisory Board of the SRH Wald-Klinikum Gera and was a member of the German Association of Higher Education Institutions and the German Society for Psychology.

In addition to her academic work, Dr. Rösler is also involved in voluntary work, for example in supporting WohnKulturGut Gostewitz and as a mentor at Komplizen Chemnitz e.V.

With her extensive experience, expertise and commitment to various projects, Diana Rösler has made a significant contribution to psychological research and the further development of the SRH University of Applied Sciences for Health.
