Maike Juds

Maike Juds completed her Master's degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology at the SRH University of Applied Sciences in Gera in January 2021.

She then worked for a large logistics company in the area of occupational health management.

In April 2022, Maike Juds began her work at the SRH University of Applied Sciences as a research assistant in the project "Psychosocial emergency care in companies - an inventory of implementation in Germany".

She describes her motivation for participating in this project as follows:
"The project is an opportunity to generate needs-based immediate care after extreme situations for those affected in companies with the help of different perspectives. The most important goals are to maintain health and well-being in the workplace, as well as to present approaches to solutions for a variety of companies that are one thing in particular: Realistic."
