About me

Prof Dr Thomas Fleischmann, EBCEM, FESEM, FRCEM, MHBA has been a lecturer at SRH University since the summer semester 2021. He is programme director of the Master's degree programme in Clinical Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants and lecturer in the Bachelor's degree programme Physician Assistants.


Prof Dr Thomas Fleischmann is a specialist in general medicine and clinical acute and emergency medicine, as well as European Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. Before joining SRH University, Prof Dr Thomas Fleischmann spent 17 years as head physician in emergency departments in Germany and Switzerland. He is the editor of several books on the medicine and management of interdisciplinary emergency departments.
At Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, Prof Dr Fleischmann teaches the economics of hospital reform and artificial intelligence in medicine in the Department of Economics.
