Brief description

The SRH _.impuls employee survey is conducted regularly to capture experiences, assessments and suggestions. More than 16,000 employees from SRH companies are surveyed on topics such as overall satisfaction, work situation, remuneration and management behaviour. The survey is analysed at both Group and divisional level. The results are used to identify and consolidate successful strategies and provide new impetus for the further development of the companies in the SRH Group.
