Brief description

How are employees in companies provided with psychosocial support after deaths, accidents, assaults or other emergencies? This question cannot be answered on the basis of the literature and the current state of knowledge. For this reason, the project will conduct qualitative and quantitative research into how psychosocial support is provided to employees following sudden emergency situations in the work context. With our research project, we want to make a contribution to ensuring that companies provide employees with optimal support in emergency situations.
