Gender sensitivity of German-language job adverts
Brief description
Since the paradigm shift in the binary gender system, there has been growing interest in a depathologised approach to diverse genders and identities. In 2020, the German Trans* Association published practical tips for trans*-sensitive job advertisements in the EU project "TRANSVISIBLE". A big data analysis examines their implementation for the first time. The study uses a mixed-methods approach with AI-extracted data (N>500) and analyses it qualitatively and quantitatively based on the publication.
