Teaching & Training
With Erasmus+, all employees (teachers, lecturers, administrative staff, trainees, etc.) of SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences have the opportunity to apply for financial support for, e.g. a teaching assignment or job shadowing at a partner university or for further training relevant to their own area of work. The selection is based on the criteria of how the trip contributes to the internationalisation of SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences, how profitable the trip is for the SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences in general, i.e. the students benefit from it in their teaching or do new cooperation projects apply, etc., and of course also on the available budget.
Teaching at a partner university
Faculty members of the SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences - professors, (external) lecturers as well as research assistants - can apply for funding for a stay at an Erasmus+ partner university.
You can gain teaching experience abroad, make contacts and explore cooperation opportunities. At the same time, you strengthen the European dimension of the host university, complement its teaching offer and provide cross-border expertise to students who cannot or do not want to study abroad.

Erasmus+ for guest lecturers from abroad
The exchange with representatives of international companies, for example through guest lectures and seminars at the schools of the SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences, can also be supported by Erasmus+ funds.
The guest lecturers contribute with their experience and perspective to the international diversity on the campuses of the SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences and provide an insight into everyday business life. In return, they can use the guest lecture not only for their personal enrichment, but also to make useful contacts for possible research, development, thesis and/or company projects.
