10:00 am: Welcome (introduction of patron Victoria Büsch, introduction of the preliminary evaluators, introduction of the jury)
10:15 am: First pitching round (4 pitches and questions from the jury)
12:00 pm: Networking break with music and snacks
13:00 h: Start of second pitching round (4 pitches and questions from the jury)
14:30 h: Moderated jury session / parallel audience voting
15:00 h: Announcement of the winners
16:00 h: Music and drinks
17:00: Closing
