Two degrees mean more career opportunities, a potentially higher starting salary and additional skills that are in high demand on the market.
In a dual degree programme, you study at SRH University and at a partner university abroad. Graduates of the dual degree programme receive two academic degrees - one degree per country.
Your course of study in the dual degree programme
Your double degree programme starts in Germany with us at SRH University. The international experience usually begins for you as a Bachelor's student in your third year of study, and for you as a Master's student in your second year of study: you then transfer to our partner university abroad for the double degree programme.

Double degrees (Bachelor)
The double degree offers students the opportunity to obtain two degrees.
Students attend two universities in two different countries, the SRH in Germany and another country. This is also known as a double degree.
The two degrees can be obtained in the same subject area or in two different areas.
In which language is the double degree taught?
All double degrees are taught in English.
How do I apply for a double degree?
The decision for a double degree is made after the start of the programme at SRH . All students are invited to attend an information session and then submit an online application. If the student qualifies for the double degree, an additional double degree contract will be finalised.
What is the timetable for a double degree?
Students start their Bachelor's degree programme at SRH and complete two years of courses before going to the partner university for the second degree. Once the programme is completed at the partner university, students must complete the degree at SRH, which can be done anywhere in the world (Bachelor's thesis and possibly internship).
Personal support is offered until both degrees have been completed.
Changes to the double degrees by the partner universities are possible. In the event of cancellation, students will be offered an alternative international experience, either an alternative partner for a double degree or a semester abroad.
What costs will I incur?
Students will continue to pay ONLY the SRH fees for the time it takes to complete both degrees, or for an additional 6 months, whichever is longer. No tuition fees are payable at the partner university. Erasmus funding and scholarship programmes are available.
Optional MBA degree
The optional MBA offers you the opportunity to obtain two degrees: the M.A. and the MBA. You attend two universities in two different countries, the SRH University in Germany and another partner university abroad.
The two degrees can be obtained in the same subject area or in two different subjects.
In which language is the optional MBA degree taught?
All double degrees are taught in English.
How do I apply for an optional MBA degree?
The decision to do an optional MBA is made after the start of the SRH programme. All students are invited to attend an information session and then submit an online application.
What is the timetable for the double degree?
Students will begin their SRH Master's degree and complete one year of courses before going to the partner university for the MBA degree.
All courses at SRH must be successfully completed prior to departure. Grades from completed courses can be influential. Once the MBA degree is completed at the partner university, students must complete a thesis for successful completion at SRH if this is not completed before departure.
What are the costs if I opt for an optional MBA degree?
Students will continue to pay only SRH University fees for the time it takes to complete both degrees, or for an additional six months, whichever is longer.
There are no tuition fees for on-campus courses. Students must pay for online courses at a discounted rate.
Personalised support is offered until both degrees are completed.
